Free Trial
The trial lasts 15 days, includes up to 100 shipments, and enables all Pro features without a credit card.
Support Extensions
For an eligible support case, OrderTrackify may add 7, 14, or 30 days to the trial. The extension begins after the existing trial end when the trial is still active, or from the time it is granted when the trial has expired. It changes the end date only: the 100-shipment allowance and previously recorded usage do not reset.
Subscribe During an Ordinary Trial
If the trial still has time and allowance remaining, selecting Pro opens Checkout and carries the unused trial time into the first Stripe subscription when at least 48 hours and 1 minute remain. The first charge is then scheduled for the existing trial end. Checkout requires and saves the billing address and name and offers supported business tax-ID collection; these details are not required for free registration. The dashboard begins warning shortly before that cutoff; below it, payment starts immediately. OrderTrackify never adds another 15-day trial.
Pro Pricing
Canonical plan prices are listed in AUD. Exact AUD amounts use the labels Including GST and Excluding GST. Where a currency selector is available, the selected currency becomes the plan-card headline. Available USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD options appear in that order under Popular; remaining currencies are alphabetical under All currencies, without duplicates. A non-AUD headline is one direct daily reference-rate estimate from the AUD amount labelled Excluding GST and is itself labelled Excluding Tax. The exact AUD price remains visible, and Stripe Checkout sets the final currency, tax, and amount.

All Pro tiers include automatic tracking, delivery confirmation, branded tracking, customer email, admin alerts, analytics, unlimited stores, and branding removal. Customer SMS is implemented only for WooCommerce through the merchant-configured plugin provider.
Annual Billing
Annual billing charges ten months upfront (two months free). The full twelve-month shipment balance is granted upfront—for example, the 50/month tier grants 600 shipments for the annual term.
Allowance and Billing Holds
Reaching a numeric shipment allowance holds newly synced shipments but does not stop tracking shipments already admitted against that allowance. When a trial expires, a payment fails, or a subscription is cancelled, new intake and non-terminal existing tracking pause until access is restored. These holds are merchant-only operational state and never replace carrier status or customer timeline events.
Catalogue Price Versus Contract Price
The plan table is the current AUD catalogue. The chosen display currency becomes the prominent headline; a non-AUD value is one direct estimate labelled Excluding Tax, while exact AUD values remain visible with Including GST and Excluding GST labels. Stripe calculates the applicable tax for the customer's location at Checkout. A Stripe subscriber's billing banner separately shows the recurring Stripe contract Price and currency, including a grandfathered USD label where applicable. Any exclusive live contract is labelled Excluding Tax; the banner does not infer GST jurisdiction from an AUD currency code. Inclusive or unspecified contracts remain neutral in the label while retaining Stripe's reported tax behavior in the explanation. The Stripe invoice remains authoritative for the final total after tax, discounts, credits, and proration adjustments. If the live contract cannot be read, OrderTrackify reports it unavailable rather than substituting a catalogue estimate.
Immediate Paid Access and Renewal
An exhausted or expired Stripe-backed trial uses preview mode start_paid_plan. Confirmation attempts immediate payment, ends the trial on success, and starts the selected paid allowance immediately. An exhausted active paid subscription uses renew_period; confirmation purchases a full new recurring period with no unused-time proration credit, resets the billing date, and renews the allowance. Normal Stripe discounts, tax, and customer balance may still affect the amount due. Preview returns its mode and an estimated amount with a merchant-bound token valid for 10 minutes. The token binds the live billing period, Stripe items and their quantities, currency, and quoted amount; confirm rejects period, item, quantity, currency, or amount drift before attempting payment. Successful confirmation releases eligible held shipments, while failure leaves them held until billing is resolved. Platform-managed accounts use their platform billing UI; an existing active, trialing, or past-due local Stripe contract remains Stripe-managed even if Shopify is connected later.
