Registration

Sign up at app.ordertrackify.com/register with a name, email address, password, and optional timezone. New accounts receive a 15-day, 100-shipment trial without a credit card.

Create an Account

  1. Open app.ordertrackify.com/register.
  2. Enter a display name, valid email, and password of 8–128 characters. Timezone is optional.
  3. Submit the form and keep the returned session secure.

Billing Details Come Later

Registration is intentionally minimal and does not request a billing address, tax ID, or payment method. If an owner or administrator later chooses a paid Stripe plan, hosted Checkout requires a billing address, saves the entered address and name to the Stripe Customer, and offers tax-ID collection where Stripe supports the customer's identifier. Stripe uses the collected location for tax calculation; the final invoice remains authoritative.

Trial

New accounts receive 15 days and up to 100 shipments with all Pro features. No credit card is required until choosing a paid Pro plan.

Tenant Security

The user belongs to a merchant tenant. Merchant JWTs include a merchantId, and all dashboard/API resource queries are scoped to that tenant.
