Architecture at a Glance

The WooCommerce plugin pushes merchant-scoped orders and tracking numbers to the OrderTrackify control plane. The SaaS polls carriers and returns status changes, while the plugin owns all WooCommerce customer email and SMS delivery on the merchant's WordPress infrastructure.

Plan and Access Visibility

The plugin caches the account's plan, current allowance usage, reset date, and shipment-access state for five minutes. Quota or billing holds are shown only to merchants as local processing state and link to SaaS billing; they never replace a genuine carrier status or appear on a customer tracking timeline.

Dashboard Analytics

The WooCommerce dashboard keeps selected-range operational KPIs and status percentages separate from its zero-filled rolling 12-month shipment chart and all-time carrier, destination, and carrier-performance panels. Percentages use whole-number largest-remainder allocation so every non-empty status mix totals exactly 100%. Top destinations use each order's shipping country, falling back only to its billing country when no shipping country exists. The plugin retains that country on local shipment rows and repairs older rows in small, throttled batches, so the local fallback remains useful during a brief SaaS interruption without requiring a re-import.

Plan Lifecycle

The account strip distinguishes trial end, paid renewal, scheduled cancellation, inactive access, and payment issues. Trial and unsubscribed accounts link to Upgrade to Pro; active or ending paid subscriptions link to plan management.
