What platforms are supported?

WooCommerce is available through plugin 1.1.55. Shopify and Wix integrations exist behind feature flags, while their direct Add Store cards in the SaaS dashboard are currently marked Coming soon. Use an authorised installation flow only when the deployment has that platform enabled.

What does a new account include?

A 15-day trial with up to 100 shipments and all Pro features. Afterward, choose a Pro tier from 50 to 20,000 shipments per month or contact sales for Enterprise.

Where is my hosted tracking page?

There is no single public merchant page to find. Open Dashboard → Tracking Page to configure branding and open the latest live example, or open an individual shipment and choose Open customer page. Every current URL contains that shipment's opaque token. Shopify/Wix messages use the hosted page; the WooCommerce plugin separately chooses Redirect or Embed.

What happens when my shipment allowance is reached?

At a numeric quota limit, OrderTrackify holds only newly synced shipments; shipments already admitted against the allowance continue carrier polling. Trial expiry, payment failure, or subscription cancellation pauses both new intake and non-terminal existing tracking until access is restored. Holds are merchant-only operational state, so they do not replace a carrier status or appear on customer timelines. A Stripe-backed exhausted or expired trial previews start_paid_plan, which ends the trial and attempts to start paid access immediately; an exhausted active paid subscription previews renew_period, which buys a full new recurring period with no unused-time proration credit. Both show an estimated charge, which normal Stripe discounts, tax, or customer balance may affect, and release eligible held shipments only after successful confirmation. Shopify billing remains managed through Shopify.

Who sends customer notifications?

The WooCommerce plugin sends operational, transactional shipment email through WooCommerce/wp_mail() and SMS through the merchant's configured provider. Shopify/Wix customer shipment email is SaaS-direct through Amazon SES. Enabled channels are attempted for eligible shipments with a valid recipient and, where required, a ready provider; there is no order-level notification preference. Platform-account messages always use SES.

Which WooCommerce tracking sources are supported?

Native OrderTrackify fields, WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST), YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking, VillaTheme Orders Tracking, WooCommerce Fulfillments, and compatible generic tracking metadata.

Is HPOS supported?

Yes. The plugin declares High-Performance Order Storage compatibility and accesses orders through WooCommerce CRUD abstractions.

How frequently are carriers checked?

After an initial five-minute delay, early pending shipments poll about every 10 minutes. Stable pending polls every four hours, info received every two hours, in transit every hour, out for delivery every 15 minutes, failed attempt every hour, available for pickup every four hours, and exception every two hours. Delivered, returned, and expired stop polling. Temporary DNS, connection, and request-timeout failures receive one short retry before provider errors back off through 1, 5, 15, 60, and 240 minutes.

How do I export shipments?

The dashboard first requests a 60-second purpose-limited export token, then opens the CSV URL with the current filters. Ordinary JWT access tokens are rejected in the export query string.

How does GDPR deletion work?

An owner can request deletion under Settings. A 30-day grace period allows cancellation; after it expires, the daily GDPR process anonymizes personally identifiable information.
