HPOS Compatibility

OrderTrackify for WooCommerce fully supports High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS / custom order tables). The plugin uses WooCommerce CRUD abstractions.

Compatibility Declaration

OrderTrackify for WooCommerce declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables).

Implementation

The plugin reads and updates orders through WC_Order and WooCommerce CRUD methods rather than querying legacy wp_posts/wp_postmeta order storage directly. Admin order columns and tracking integrations support both HPOS and legacy order screens.

Enable HPOS

  1. Back up the WordPress database.
  2. Confirm WooCommerce reports OrderTrackify as compatible.
  3. Follow WooCommerce's synchronization/migration process.
  4. Test native tracking entry, order sync, the Orders tracking column, notification delivery, and My Account tracking on a staging store.

OrderTrackify's local shipment and notification-log tables remain plugin-owned tables and are not replaced by HPOS.
