Breakdowns

Analyze daily trends, delivery-time distribution, active aging, normalized carrier performance, destination-country performance, carrier-by-country lanes, exception reasons, shipment volume, and status distribution.

Live Risk

The risk list highlights overdue shipments, exceptions, failed attempts, and active shipments with no movement for at least 48 hours. Filters include date range, store, carrier, and destination country.

Methodology

Delivery-speed metrics are grouped by delivery date. Operational volume and live-risk cohorts are grouped by shipment creation date. Use adequate sample sizes before comparing carriers or lanes.
