Shipments
View shipments across connected stores and filter carrier status separately from active or held processing state. Held rows retain their genuine carrier status and link to billing resolution.
Filter and Sort
Filter by canonical carrier status, connected store, normalized carrier, date range, tracking/order search, poll health (errors or stuck), or the Out of quota view for trackingState=held. Sort supported columns and choose 25, 50, or 100 rows per page. The browser remembers filters, sorting, and page-size preferences.
Carrier Status and Processing State
Open a row to view order/store context, carrier tracking events, current carrier status, timestamps, merchant-safe poll diagnostics, and any operational hold reason. A quota or billing hold is visible only to the merchant; it does not overwrite the last genuine carrier status, add a customer timeline event, or trigger a shipment-status notification.
Re-poll and Export
Queue an immediate re-poll for a merchant-owned active shipment when its carrier data needs refreshing. Held shipments cannot be manually refreshed and direct the merchant to billing; the API returns 402 SHIPMENT_ACCESS_BLOCKED for an attempted held re-poll. CSV export applies the current filters/sort, includes separate Carrier Status, Tracking State, and Hold Reason columns, and uses a purpose-limited token valid for 60 seconds.
Polling Schedule
Early pending shipments poll about every 10 minutes; stable pending every four hours; info received every two hours; in transit every hour; out for delivery every 15 minutes; failed attempt every hour; available for pickup every four hours; and exception every two hours. Terminal delivered, returned, and expired shipments stop polling. Numeric quota exhaustion holds only new intake, so previously admitted shipments keep this cadence; trial expiry, payment failure, or cancellation pauses non-terminal polling until access is restored.
