Reporting Period

Choose This month, Last month, or Last 30 days. The summary reports total shipments, exact in-transit count, delivered count, and issues (exception plus failed attempt) for the selected period.

Monthly Volume Outlook

The dashboard separates shipments created this calendar month from the typical completed-month average and the forecast for the full current month. Its history chart always compares the current UTC calendar month with the previous two months, using zero-value columns where no shipments were recorded and month-only labels for quick scanning. The average zero-fills eligible full months in a rolling six-month window. The forecast combines volume already created with the historical pace for the rest of the month; a new account with no completed month uses its current run rate and is labelled low confidence. Historical imports use their original order date when available so a one-time backfill does not look like organic demand.

The recommended monthly capacity adds 15% operating headroom to the higher of typical or forecast volume. It is provider-neutral guidance, not an automatic plan change, so merchants can compare it with the plans available through their billing provider.

Allowance, Access, and Stores

The dashboard shows current usage against the effective trial, monthly, or annual shipment allowance, including percentage used, remaining capacity, and reset date. When access needs attention, a merchant-facing banner explains the reason and links to billing. The page also summarizes active connected stores and provides quick actions for shipments, stores, analytics, and settings.

Operational Health

Sync health distinguishes carrier poll errors and stuck shipments from shipments held for quota or billing. Held counts are operational merchant data, not a customer-facing carrier status. Active incident banners can also appear above the dashboard. Use the Shipments filters to investigate and queue an immediate re-poll only where access allows it.
