Trial

New accounts receive one 15-day trial with 100 shipments and all Pro features. No credit card is required. While the trial still has time and allowance remaining, choosing Pro starts paid-plan Checkout, carries the unused trial time into the first Stripe subscription, and delays the first charge until that trial ends when at least 48 hours and 1 minute remain. The dashboard begins warning shortly before that cutoff so a page-clock tick cannot hide an immediate charge. Checkout never starts a second trial.

If support grants a 7-, 14-, or 30-day goodwill extension, the displayed trial end moves later but the original 100-shipment allowance and its usage do not reset. An extension can therefore add time without adding shipment capacity.

Pro Tiers

Canonical plan prices are listed in AUD. Exact AUD amounts use the labels Including GST and Excluding GST. Where a currency selector is available, the selected currency becomes the plan-card headline. Available USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD options appear in that order under Popular; remaining currencies are alphabetical under All currencies, without duplicates. A non-AUD headline is one direct daily reference-rate estimate from the AUD amount labelled Excluding GST and is itself labelled Excluding Tax. The exact AUD price remains visible, and Stripe Checkout sets the final currency, tax, and amount.

Display Currency

Selecting a display currency changes the large plan-card amount. Available USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD options appear in that order under Popular, followed by the remaining currencies alphabetically under All currencies. A non-AUD amount is one direct estimate from the authenticated daily reference snapshot and is labelled Excluding Tax. Each card keeps exact AUD amounts labelled Including GST and Excluding GST underneath. The selector is for comparison only: it does not choose the contract currency, calculate tax, or quote the final Checkout amount.

Billing Details

Free account registration does not request a billing address or payment method. When an owner or administrator chooses a paid Stripe plan, hosted Checkout requires a billing address, saves the entered address and name to the Stripe Customer, and offers supported business tax-ID collection. Stripe-managed merchants can use the Billing Portal to correct the billing address and supported tax IDs when that capability is enabled in the deployed Portal configuration.

Annual subscriptions are charged upfront at ten times the monthly price (two months free) and grant twelve months of shipment allowance upfront. Enterprise is available for more than 20,000 shipments per month.

Stripe Checkout repeats the selected allowance beside the Subscribe button. Monthly plans show shipments per month; annual plans show the full yearly balance and its monthly equivalent.

These are merchant-only operational states. They never replace a carrier status or add an event to the customer timeline. Once access is restored, OrderTrackify releases eligible held shipments in order without charging a previously reserved quota slot twice.

Restore a Stripe-backed Allowance

The confirmation dialog uses the mode returned by preview and shows an estimated charge. Normal Stripe discounts, tax, and customer balance may still affect that amount. Its 10-minute token binds the merchant, live Stripe subscription period, price items and their quantities, currency, and quoted amount. Preview and confirm reject local-vs-live plan or interval drift; confirm also rejects period, item, quantity, currency, or amount drift before attempting payment. Success releases eligible held shipments; a failed payment leaves them held and directs the merchant to update the payment method before requesting another estimate.

Current Catalogue and Your Contract

Plan cards compare the current AUD catalogue using the selected-currency headline and the exact Including GST/Excluding GST breakdown described above; Stripe calculates applicable tax at Checkout. If you already have a Stripe subscription, the banner separately retrieves and displays the recurring Stripe Price, quantity, currency, cadence, and tax behavior. Any exclusive live contract is labelled Excluding Tax; the banner does not infer GST jurisdiction from an AUD currency code. Inclusive, unspecified, and unknown tax behavior remain neutral in the label while the explanatory note preserves Stripe's reported behavior. The Stripe invoice remains authoritative for the final total after tax, discounts, credits, and proration adjustments. A legacy USD contract is labelled grandfathered; a selected-currency catalogue estimate never replaces or masquerades as that contract. If the live contract Price cannot be loaded, the dashboard says it is unavailable and directs you to the authoritative Billing Portal instead of showing a catalogue estimate as your contract.

Billing Provider

The dashboard follows the API's account-level billingProvider. An existing active, trialing, or past-due local Stripe contract remains Stripe-managed if Shopify is connected later, preserving access to Stripe Portal and eligible early renewal. Without such a contract, a Shopify-managed account uses Shopify billing and is not offered Stripe Checkout, Portal, or renewal. An internal free_unlimited plan may be assigned only by platform operations and has no Stripe subscription.
