Tracking Page
Configure and preview the SaaS-hosted tracking experience, open a real shipment page, and control branding, visibility, carrier links, and estimated delivery.
Open a Real Customer Page
Use the latest-live-page action or open a shipment and choose Open customer page. The public URL is unique to that shipment and has the form TRACKING_URL/t/<opaque-token>. The brand preview demonstrates styling but is not a public merchant page.
Branding and Content
Configure the logo URL, primary/accent/background colours, font family, support email and URL, customer message, and footer text. Accent colour is used as a visible decorative brand colour; shipment-state colours retain their semantic meaning.
Display Controls
| Control | Effect |
|---|---|
| Tracking page enabled | Allows opaque hosted pages to resolve. When off, the page is unavailable and SaaS-direct Shopify/Wix messages omit its link. |
| Carrier tracking link | Shows the original carrier URL only when the shipment has one. |
| Estimated delivery | Shows the carrier estimate only while enabled and available. |
Platform Routing
Shopify and Wix use the SaaS-hosted opaque page. WooCommerce owns its Redirect/Embed selection in the WordPress plugin: Redirect uses the hosted URL; Embed uses the selected page containing [ordertrackify_tracking]. The SaaS screen does not contain a global Hosted/Merchant/Both mode.
