Notifications
Review paginated customer notification delivery logs and control whether delayed delivered emails may be caught up after a worker interruption.
Customer Notification Log
The Notifications screen reads the merchant-scoped shipment notification log in fixed-size pages. Each row shows delivery status, channel, recipient, trigger status, attempt count, sent time, and any error or suppression reason.
Platform Delivery Difference
| Platform | Customer delivery |
|---|---|
| WooCommerce | The worker calls the HMAC-authenticated plugin endpoint; WordPress delivers email through WooCommerce/wp_mail() and SMS through the configured plugin provider. |
| Shopify / Wix | The worker sends eligible customer emails directly through Amazon SES. |
Shipment email and SMS are operational, transactional channels. An enabled channel is attempted when the shipment is eligible and has the required valid recipient and, for WooCommerce SMS, a ready provider. Delivery is not governed by an order-level notification preference.
Delivered Catch-up
Owners and administrators may set delayed delivered-email catch-up to 0, 24, 48, or 72 hours. Zero suppresses delayed delivered catch-up but does not disable fresh real-time delivered messages. The default is 48 hours.
