Available Metrics
Filter the shared Analytics dashboard to the Wix store to review median/P90 transit time, on-time and first-attempt delivery, delivery-time distribution, active aging, carrier performance, destination and lane performance, exception reasons, live risk, volume, and status mix.
Filters and Methodology
Filter by date, store, normalized carrier, and destination country. Delivery-speed measures use delivered date; operational volume and risk use shipment creation date. Compare carriers only when the sample size is meaningful.
