Order Management Overview
For a feature-enabled Wix store, supported webhook events can create or update orders and shipments; historical import and fallback order polling are not implemented.
Availability: Wix support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Wix onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.
