General Settings

Review the shared dashboard controls available to a connected Wix store. Order ingestion is webhook-driven, while carrier polling cadence and status mapping are managed by the SaaS.

Availability: Wix support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Wix onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.

Available Controls

Connected Wix shipments appear in the shared Shipments, Analytics, Notifications, and Stores screens. Configure the hosted customer experience in Dashboard → Tracking Page and platform email preferences in Dashboard → Settings.

Carrier normalization, shipment state transitions, customer-notification routing, and carrier polling cadence are SaaS-managed. There is no per-store dashboard control for a fixed synchronization interval or custom status mapping.

Connection Management

The Stores page reports the connection state and supports disconnect/reconnect for provisioned records. Wix uses OAuth 2.0; it does not use a WooCommerce HMAC keypair or heartbeat.
