Getting Started with Wix
Understand the feature-gated Wix OAuth and webhook integration, its current preview availability, and what must be configured before a store can connect.
Availability: Wix support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Wix onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.
Integration Model
The Wix API implementation provides OAuth installation/callback handling, encrypted token storage, webhook normalization, and SaaS-direct customer notifications. It is a feature-gated preview rather than generally available dashboard onboarding.
Current Limits
The callback does not run a historical order import, and the integration has no recurring fallback order poll. Production enablement is blocked until the receiver verifies Wix's documented signed webhook token format against real captured events.
