Order Sync
The feature-gated Wix webhook receiver normalises supported order and fulfilment events. Historical import and recurring fallback order polling are not implemented.
Webhook-driven Ingestion
The public Wix webhook endpoint hands events to the platform synchronization service, which normalizes supported order and fulfilment data into merchant-scoped OrderTrackify orders and shipments.
Current Boundaries
No historical import is run when OAuth completes, no recurring Wix order poll fills missed events, and webhook registration is an external app/deployment configuration responsibility. Test event delivery before relying on the integration.
After Ingestion
Once a tracking number creates a shipment, carrier polling and the canonical state machine are shared with other platforms. Eligible Wix customer shipment emails are then sent directly through SES.
