Branded Tracking Page
Each Shopify shipment uses a unique opaque OrderTrackify-hosted URL that can display configured branding, current state, timeline, and optional carrier and delivery-estimate details.
Customer Journey
- A Shopify fulfilment containing a tracking number is ingested.
- OrderTrackify polls the carrier and applies the canonical shipment state machine.
- When hosted tracking is enabled, an eligible SaaS-direct email includes the shipment's unique opaque tracking URL.
- The hosted page renders current state and timeline with the branding configured under Dashboard → Tracking Page.
What Customers Can See
The page can show the merchant logo and colours, customer message, status, carrier, latest event, event timeline, support details, and footer. The original carrier link and estimated delivery are independently optional and require that data to exist. Purchased product names, SKUs, quantities, images, and prices are not returned.
Privacy and Lookup
Current links use a random shipment token rather than a merchant slug, order number, email address, or enumerable carrier number. Treat each URL as a bearer link. The lower-rate legacy tracking-number endpoint exists only for old links and returns a result only when the number is unambiguous.
