Connect Your Store

Shopify installation uses OAuth 2.0 and an embedded bridge that provisions the store in OrderTrackify. Direct Shopify onboarding in the SaaS Stores screen is currently marked Coming soon.

Availability: Shopify support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Shopify onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.

Connection Flow

The supported flow starts from the Shopify app installation URL, not the disabled Add Store → Shopify card in the SaaS dashboard. Shopify signs the OAuth callback, and the API encrypts the resulting access token at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Provisioning

The embedded app sends a signed provisioning request containing the shop domain, access token, granted scopes, shop email, and shop name. The API creates or links the merchant and store without a WooCommerce-style heartbeat.

Initial Import

Provisioning fetches up to 50 recent fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders. It is a bounded import—not a guaranteed 90-day history—and subsequent changes are webhook-driven.
