Order Sync

Signed Shopify webhooks ingest order and fulfilment changes. On first provisioning, the bridge imports up to 50 recent fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders; there is no recurring fallback order poll.

Availability: Shopify support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Shopify onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.

Initial Provisioning Import

The embedded bridge requests up to 50 recent orders with fulfilled or partially fulfilled status and forwards normalized fulfilment data to OrderTrackify. This establishes recent tracking records without claiming a complete historical archive.

Ongoing Ingestion

Signed Shopify webhooks cover order creation/update and fulfilment creation/update. OrderTrackify normalizes the external order ID, fulfilment data, tracking number, carrier, recipient, and order timestamps within the connected merchant.

Carrier Tracking

After a shipment exists, carrier polling follows the shared status-based schedule. This is separate from Shopify order ingestion: there is no fixed 15-minute Shopify order fallback poll.
