Tracking Page
Configure the shared OrderTrackify-hosted public tracking experience from Dashboard → Tracking Page. Each customer URL contains a unique opaque shipment token; no Shopify theme widget is installed.
Availability: Shopify support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Shopify onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.
Hosted Tracking Experience
Shopify customer emails use the shared OrderTrackify tracking application. Every shipment receives a unique bearer URL in the form https://track.ordertrackify.com/t/<opaque-token>; there is no merchant slug, order/email lookup URL, or custom-domain mode.
Configure and Preview
- Open Dashboard → Tracking Page.
- Enable the hosted page.
- Set the logo URL, primary/accent/background colours, font family, support email or URL, customer message, and footer text.
- Choose whether to show the original carrier link and estimated delivery. Each appears only when enabled and present on the shipment.
- Save, then open a real customer page from a shipment or the latest-live-page action. The on-screen brand preview is not itself a public tracking URL.
Enabled State
When the hosted page is disabled, its opaque token URLs are unavailable and subsequent SaaS-direct Shopify messages omit the hosted tracking link. Re-enable it before sharing a customer URL.
Current scope: OrderTrackify does not install an embedded Shopify theme/site widget, arbitrary layout builder, recommendation block, or custom-domain page. Always use the exact opaque URL issued for the shipment.
