Notification Templates
Shopify notification templates are coming with the Shopify integration. Today, WooCommerce merchants customise customer-facing email and SMS templates in the WooCommerce plugin, and SaaS platform email preferences are configured from the OrderTrackify dashboard.
Availability: Shopify support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Shopify onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.
Current Template Model
Shopify shipment emails are rendered from the worker's SaaS-direct customer templates and branded with the merchant name. Per-status customer template editing is not currently exposed in the merchant dashboard.
What You Can Configure
Use Dashboard → Tracking Page for hosted tracking branding and visibility, Dashboard → Settings for platform-account email preferences, and Dashboard → Notifications for delivered catch-up preference and delivery-log review.
Platform distinction: WooCommerce email templates are editable through WooCommerce because its plugin owns customer delivery. That customization path does not apply to Shopify.
