Requirements
The Shopify integration requires an active Shopify store, an OrderTrackify account, and access to the feature-gated embedded app. New OrderTrackify accounts include a 15-day, 100-shipment trial.
Availability: Shopify support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Shopify onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.
What You Need
- An active Shopify eCommerce store.
- An OrderTrackify merchant account. New accounts receive a 15-day trial covering 100 shipments; no credit card is required for the trial.
- An authorised OrderTrackify Shopify app installation link and a store administrator who can approve OAuth access.
- A modern browser with third-party app access permitted by the store's security policy.
Deployment Requirement
The API deployment must have the SHOPIFY feature flag enabled and valid app credentials. If the integration is not enabled for your account, contact OrderTrackify before starting installation.
