Order Management Overview
For a feature-enabled Shopify store, signed webhooks ingest ongoing order and fulfilment changes while the dashboard provides shipment filters, timelines, and poll diagnostics.
Availability: Shopify support is implemented behind a feature flag, but direct Shopify onboarding in the OrderTrackify dashboard is currently labelled Coming soon. Use an authorised app installation link supplied by OrderTrackify; production availability depends on the deployment.
