Tables and Scheduler

OrderTrackify → Settings → Diagnostics & Data reports plugin-owned table presence and row counts plus the next known heartbeat, polling, retention, and alert jobs. Conditional repair appears only when a plugin table is missing.

Data Health

The page groups local shipments whose carrier code is empty or unknown without exposing tracking numbers. It also provides a bounded 30-day historical import, or an explicit no-backlog acknowledgement used by the setup checklist. Historical import considers genuine WooCommerce parent orders with recognised tracking data; refund child records and unrelated custom order types are skipped safely. Fully refunded parent orders remain eligible when they contain tracking data. Before each serialized batch, the plugin checks exact order/tracking pairs already present in the bound OrderTrackify store and skips only complete matches; partial or unconfirmed orders remain eligible. Progress separates checked, imported, already imported, and failed totals, and failures appear under WooCommerce → Status → Logs with source ordertrackify. Older shipment rows with a missing or malformed destination country are repaired in a separately throttled, retrying batch from the WooCommerce order, using its shipping country first and only its billing country as the fallback.

Maintenance and Support

Configurable daily log retention remains authoritative. A confirmed action prunes expired rows in bounded batches. The downloadable support report redacts API keys, provider credentials, recipients, tracking numbers, and customer data.
