Detection

A daily WordPress task checks active orders whose tracking state has not advanced within the configured threshold. The default threshold is seven days; dashboard actions link back to affected shipments.

Delivery and Deduplication

The local alert uses the WordPress administration email and records deduplication only after successful wp_mail() delivery, so transient failures remain eligible for the next scheduled run. Configure threshold and digest hour in Merchant Alerts; inspect the next job time in Diagnostics & Data.
