Tracking Column and Filter

The plugin adds an OrderTrackify tracking column and a canonical shipment-status filter to compatible legacy and HPOS WooCommerce Orders screens. The column shows normalized status, tracking number, and a customer tracking link when data is available.

Add Tracking from an Order

  1. Open a WooCommerce order and find the OrderTrackify Tracking metabox.
  2. Enter the tracking number, then choose a provider from the searchable canonical carrier dropdown. The selected provider code is saved exactly, avoiding spelling variants and typo-based mapping failures.
  3. Leave Auto-detect selected when the provider is unknown and OrderTrackify will infer it from the tracking number. Choose Custom only for an unlisted provider; the free-form provider name and tracking URL fields appear only in that mode.
  4. Save the order to sync the tracking data.

Link Destination

Redirect mode uses the shipment's SaaS-hosted opaque URL. Embed mode routes to the configured WordPress shortcode page. Both modes share the routing logic used by customer-facing tracking links.

Missing Data

If an order has no column content, verify its tracking source, save the order, inspect the OrderTrackify connection, and check OrderTrackify → Shipments for sync errors.
