Use WooCommerce’s built-in email template settings for the logo, header alignment, font family, footer text, and colour palette shared by OrderTrackify emails.
Shared WooCommerce Design
OrderTrackify customer emails use the WooCommerce email renderer. Open WooCommerce → Settings → Emails to configure the shared logo/header image, header alignment, font family, footer text, base/background/body/text colours, and other options provided by the installed WooCommerce version.
Per-email Content
Use OrderTrackify → Notifications to open each registered shipment email, then edit its enabled state, subject, heading, and any supported additional content.
Template Overrides
If a theme overrides WooCommerce email templates, test every OrderTrackify email after theme or WooCommerce updates. Keep custom templates in version control and compare them with the plugin's current templates before deployment.
