Tracking Shortcode

Place [ordertrackify_tracking] on a published page, then designate that page in plugin Settings so Embed-mode tracking links open a responsive native lookup experience.

Add the Shortcode

  1. Create a published WordPress page.
  2. Add [ordertrackify_tracking] in a Shortcode block.
  3. Select that page under OrderTrackify → Settings and choose Embed mode.

Lookup Methods

A customer can provide an order number plus the billing email address or a tracking number. The widget returns customer-safe status and carrier events and does not reveal product details.

Test Access

Test logged-in and logged-out flows with a non-production order. Confirm page caching, security plugins, and CDN rules do not cache one customer's tracking response for another visitor.
