Configure Twilio

  1. Open OrderTrackify → Notifications in WordPress.
  2. Select Twilio as the SMS provider.
  3. Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and From Number, save, and confirm the plugin reports that encrypted credentials are present. Saved secret values are never returned to the browser.
  4. Confirm the provider reports Ready. OrderTrackify validates required-field presence without calling the provider or sending an unsolicited test message.

Provider Notes

Use an SMS-capable Twilio number in E.164 format.

Message Templates

Edit the templates for each supported shipment state on the same Notifications screen. Available placeholders are {customer_first_name}, {customer_last_name}, {order_number}, {tracking_number}, {tracking_link}, {carrier_name}, {status_label}, {site_title}, and {est_delivery_date}. These are operational, transactional shipment messages. When SMS is enabled, the plugin attempts the configured message for a valid recipient through the ready provider; it does not evaluate an order-level notification preference. The WooCommerce plugin sends these messages from the merchant's WordPress server; OrderTrackify does not relay WooCommerce SMS through Amazon SES.
