Canonical Attention States
on_hold is not a carrier status in OrderTrackify. Carrier-held scans normalize to exception context; the recoverable canonical states are exception, failed attempt, and available for pickup. Pickup reminder is a scheduled notification event.
Operational Attention
The dashboard and Admin Alerts group exception, failed-attempt, stale, and pickup conditions without storing a competing status. Use carrier event descriptions to understand customs, weather, address, or collection reasons.
