Open the Log
Use OrderTrackify → Logs to inspect actual local email, SMS, and system outcomes. Filter by channel, sent/failed/skipped result, or WooCommerce order, and choose 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.
Retention
Automatic retention defaults to 90 days and supports the periods offered under Diagnostics & Data. A nonce-protected, explicitly confirmed prune action deletes only rows older than the selected policy in bounded batches.
Two Separate Logs
The WordPress log covers the result of plugin-delegated WooCommerce delivery. The SaaS Notifications log records delegation plus Shopify/Wix direct email. A successful callback is not labelled customer-delivered unless a plugin channel reports sent.
