Requirements

OrderTrackify 1.1.55 requires WooCommerce 7.0+, PHP 7.4+, WordPress 6.0+, HTTPS, and an OrderTrackify account. New accounts include a 15-day, 100-shipment trial.

OrderTrackify Account

Register a merchant account before connecting. New accounts receive a 15-day trial and may track up to 100 shipments during that trial without a credit card.

WordPress Requirements

  • Pretty permalinks and /wp-json/ must be reachable.
  • WordPress must be able to make outbound HTTPS requests to the OrderTrackify API.
  • WP-Cron, or a real cron that invokes it, must run for heartbeats, refreshes, monitoring, and log retention.
  • The connecting administrator needs the manage_woocommerce capability.

The plugin declares HPOS compatibility and uses WooCommerce CRUD APIs for order access.
