Shipment Table
View carrier status separately from merchant-only quota or billing holds. Filters, access-aware refresh actions, WP-Cron sync, and billing links keep local rows actionable without changing customer timelines.
Shipment Browser
Open OrderTrackify → Shipments for local tracked rows, summary counts, carrier/status/date filters, search, column visibility, pagination, and tracking links.
Quota and Billing Holds
A row labeled Out of quota / billing hold has the plugin-local billing_hold processing state. This merchant-only state is separate from carrier progress: the row retains its last genuine carrier status and event timeline, customers do not see a billing event, and no shipment-status notification is triggered by the hold.
Refresh Behavior
The plugin's scheduled synchronization reads current SaaS carrier status and operational tracking state without forcing a carrier call. Manual refresh is disabled for held rows, which link to the SaaS billing page for the appropriate action. After access is restored, scheduled sync clears the local hold when the SaaS releases the shipment.
Exports and Diagnostics
CSV export uses the current local filters. For broader cross-store analytics, account access, and poll diagnostics, open the SaaS Dashboard Shipments screen.
