Fast2SMS Integration
Configure Fast2SMS with an API Authorization Key, Sender ID, and Route under OrderTrackify → Notifications.
Configure Fast2SMS
- Open OrderTrackify → Notifications in WordPress.
- Select Fast2SMS as the SMS provider.
- Enter your API Authorization Key, Sender ID, and Route, save, and confirm the plugin reports that encrypted credentials are present. Saved secret values are never returned to the browser.
- Confirm the provider reports Ready. OrderTrackify validates required-field presence without calling the provider or sending an unsolicited test message.
Provider Notes
Select the route authorized for your Fast2SMS account and message type.
Message Templates
Edit the templates for each supported shipment state on the same Notifications screen. Available placeholders are {customer_first_name}, {customer_last_name}, {order_number}, {tracking_number}, {tracking_link}, {carrier_name}, {status_label}, {site_title}, and {est_delivery_date}. These are operational, transactional shipment messages. When SMS is enabled, the plugin attempts the configured message for a valid recipient through the ready provider; it does not evaluate an order-level notification preference. The WooCommerce plugin sends these messages from the merchant's WordPress server; OrderTrackify does not relay WooCommerce SMS through Amazon SES.
