Tracking Page

Choose Redirect or Embed, validate the selected shortcode page, preview its destination, or create and repair the page from plugin Settings.

Who Owns the Destination

Redirect and Embed are WooCommerce plugin settings, not a global SaaS page mode. Shopify and Wix always use the SaaS-hosted destination when hosted tracking is enabled.

Redirect Mode

Redirect mode is the plugin default. Tracking links use the SaaS-hosted opaque URL produced for the shipment and require no WordPress page. Keep hosted tracking enabled under Dashboard → Tracking Page while using this mode.

Embed Mode

  1. Open the Tracking Page settings section.
  2. Create a page with the plugin action or select a published page containing [ordertrackify_tracking].
  3. Run validation and open the preview destination.
  4. Test with either an order number plus billing email, or a tracking number.

The plugin reports unpublished, deleted, or shortcode-missing pages and offers repair. The responsive tenant-local widget displays shipment state and carrier events but intentionally omits product details.
